Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cedar. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Cedar.

Cedar provides software for wellness organization, fitness and nutrition tracking, general coaching, planning, journaling, and connected-service features. Availability can depend on your device, permissions, location, subscription, network, providers, and service configuration.

Cedar is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified professional.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Review recommendations and consult a qualified professional before decisions involving symptoms, injuries, medication, diagnosis, treatment, or significant changes to exercise or diet. Contact local emergency services when delay could cause harm.

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and submit only content you have the right to use. You control the permissions granted to Apple Health and other connected services.

Do not use Cedar to break the law, harm others, bypass security or usage controls, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, overload systems, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Connected services are operated by their respective providers and can have separate terms and privacy policies. Cedar is not responsible for a provider’s independent availability or account decisions.

Apple processes App Store purchases. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included features shown by Cedar and the App Store apply at purchase. Manage cancellation through your Apple account. Deleting Cedar does not automatically cancel a subscription.

You retain rights you hold in content you submit and permit Cedar and its service providers to process it as needed to operate, secure, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cedar is provided subject to availability and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular wellness result, or perfect AI output. You can stop using Cedar at any time and initiate account deletion in You > Account & Security.

Cedar may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes may require additional notice or acceptance.
